A Brief Company Overview:
The Leadership Services Team has been providing project management, technology implementation services and software solutions within the education sector since 2006. We have extensive experience within School Districts in the areas of technology leadership, project management, training and software solution implementation. We have been working with School Districts of various sizes to facilitate the effective use and implementation of information and technology initiatives, implement efficient data collection solutions and to improve access to information for all stakeholders.
Our cornerstone solution being implemented in a variety of client environments is our Transitions, Planning and Monitoring (TPM) software. TPM is very dynamic software solution that enables the collection, organization and reporting of various data sets within a wide range of applications. Existing customers are currently TPM to facilitate data collection on a wide range of areas / initiatives including (Individual Program Plans, Individual Education Plans, In-School Team case management meetings, elementary to secondary school transitions, Student Success Team meetings, etc.). With TPM's dynamic data collection template functionality, the Leadership Services Team is effectively able to work collaboratively with a School District to capture various data sets within a school environment, streamlining implementation times and simplifying end user experiences by minimizing the number of software interfaces staff within the School District need to encounter.
TPM is built on enterprise technologies (.NET 3.5 Framework, C#, SQL Server 2008) while the front end of our software features a very dynamic and flexible data collection and reporting template management interface. TPM is a fully web based software application built on AJAX technology.
Our Head Office is located in Belleville, Ontario. Our current client base in focused in Alberta and Ontario.
The Leadership Services Team Profile:
Darryl Denyesis the Team Leader. Darryl founded the Leadership Services Team in 2006. He is a graduate of Queens University in Kingston, Ontario with over 16 years as an educator with various Educational Leadership experiences including school level leadership as a Principal and District level leadership as a System Principal and System Leader of Information and Technology Services. Darryl also brings business leadership to the Leadership Services Team having been a senior team member with a well known Educational Software Company in the role of Vice President of Business Development.
Kari Fraseris the Vice President of Software Solutions and has been with the Leadership Services Team since February 2007. Kari is a graduate of Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario and has over 11 years of experience in the technology field with proven leadership, project management and organizational skills implementing several software solutions and technology projects. Kari has several years experience within k-12 education in various roles including Sr. Developer with an Educational Software Company, Corporate Systems Coordinator and Database Systems Analyst with an Ontario School District.
Linda Catojoined the team in June 2008 and is a Project Manager. Linda is a graduate of Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario and has over 23 years of technology and business management experience in the areas of project management ,human resources, training & development, procurement and business financials. A few key experiences that Linda brings to the Leadership Services Team come from her long term Sr. Management positions with McDonald's Restaurants of Canada Ltd and with Chapters / Indigo.
Bartosz Borowinski (Bartek)also joined the team in 2008. Bartek is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario and plays a key role as a Sr. Software Developer on our TPM Software. He has extensive software development experience at various stages of product life-cycle, in environments ranging from start-up to large enterprise companies. Bartek has experience as a Software Engineer with Microsoft and has spent a few years as a freelance developer with companies including Caterpillar Canada before joining the Leadership Services Team.
Kyle Lafontaine is the most recent addition to the Leadership Services Team. Kyle graduated from St. Lawrence College as a Computer Programmer Analyst. Kyle has experience in various stages of product life cycles for both programming and testing for the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. Kyle brings a positive attitude towards customer service and support to the Leadership Services Team.
Dale Hoardhas recently joined the Leadership Services Team as a Project Manager and attained his B.Eng & Mgmt. from McMaster University in 1993 and P. Eng in 1995. He brings experience from a career of introducing solutions involving the integration of both Software and Hardware. Dale's responsibilities involve implementing and supporting new technology to our client base while providing direction and collaboration for future initiatives in order for them to reach their desired technology goals.
